Learn how to prep and optimize your project in After Effects with these sharing and storing techniques.

In this After Effects tutorial, you'll learn how to use two very important functions to tidy up your projects: Reduce Project and Collect Files. Both save you time and streamline your workflow.

What Does Reduce Project Do?

Deletes all files not associated with the folders and comps you’ve selected, while retaining all assets that are called on within those selections.

What Does Collect Files Do?

Gathers all assets within your After Effects project, then gives you the option to copy and export them all separately to an ordered folder for delivery or storage.
